Q1. My wallet won’t connect or displays a connection error message.
Try clearing your browser cache or updating your wallet extension to the latest version.
For MetaMask, make sure your wallet is set to a supported network.
If issues persist, refresh the page and try logging in again.
Q2. Vault rewards are not displayed.
Please note some Vaults require a waiting period after deposit. Rewards appear based on the Vault’s pay-out conditions (e.g., lock-up periods, APR settlement cycles).
For users with multiple active Vaults, check each Vault’s status in the My Vault Overview.
Q3. My deposited assets have disappeared.
This may be due to network issues or wallet connection errors.
Disconnect and reconnect your wallet, or try accessing it from another device.
Review your transaction history in the My History tab to track all recent activity.
Q4. Why is my “Claim now” reward amount less than expected?
Early reward claims often apply a discount rate (e.g., 30%). The claim ratio and fee differ for each Vault.
Always check the Vault’s detail page for the latest guidance before claiming.
Q5. Can I withdraw my deposited assets before maturity?
Some Vaults have lock-up periods (typically 21 days) before standard withdrawal is allowed.
If you need to withdraw instantly, use the Instant Withdraw function, which is subject to a 30% fee.
Technical Troubleshooting Guide
1. The interface or buttons aren’t working.
Use the latest version of compatible browsers (Chrome, Brave, Edge).
If your wallet is not connected properly, core features (deposit, withdraw, claim) may be restricted.
2. The wallet’s transaction signature process fails or freezes.
Make sure your wallet app is up to date.
Ensure you have enough gas fees (ETH, MATIC, etc.) in your wallet.
3. Why is the reward amount inconsistent?
Some Spoon Vaults have variable APRs or conditional reward mechanisms.
Differences in payment structure may also affect the display of reward amounts.
🔒 Remember: Reward data is updated in real time with input from both servers and blockchain. You may occasionally notice small delays or time differences.
